Because our organization serves youth athletes, protecting the personal information of children is especially important to us.

Photos or videos may be used, with appropriate permission, for the Seven Cities Surge website, official social media accounts, team announcements, promotional materials, highlight videos, recruiting or program-development materials, community outreach, and team photography and media.
Where required, parents or legal guardians will be given an opportunity to provide or decline media consent for their child.
We will not knowingly publish sensitive information about a minor, such as a home address, personal telephone number, private medical information, or other information that could unnecessarily compromise the child’s privacy or safety.

Seven Cities Surge does not sell or rent personal information.

Seven Cities Surge generally does not need to store complete credit or debit card numbers when payments are processed through an authorized payment service. Payment providers may maintain information according to their own privacy and security practices.

Seven Cities Surge takes reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or loss.
Access to information concerning minor athletes is limited to individuals who reasonably need the information to perform team, safety, administrative, or organizational responsibilities.
However, no website, electronic communication system, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Seven Cities Surge retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including team operations, safety, financial recordkeeping, insurance, legal requirements, and legitimate organizational needs.
